HR / Recruiting / Hiring Assistant
Spotter AI is a fast growing trucking startup based in the US. You will be working in a high energy environment with a diverse pool of co-workers from all around the world.
We are seeking a dedicated HR / Recruiting / Hiring Assistant to join our growing team. This position is designed for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. As part of our HR and recruiting operations, you will play a key role in supporting the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates and maintaining communication with applicants.
- Actively use social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook, and others) to engage potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Utilize online translator tools to facilitate communication across different languages.
- Support HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases, preparing documents, and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth processes.
- Provide ongoing support for HR projects, employee relations, and onboarding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook required; others are a plus).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information.
- Multilingual ability is highly valued, especially knowledge of Balkan languages.
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or recruiting is a plus, but not strictly required.
