We are looking for an experienced Senior Semi-Truck Sales Executive to join our team near Rockdale, IL. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who knows the commercial trucking industry and can build strong client relationships while consistently driving results.
As part of our sales organization, you will focus on growing market share, developing new accounts, and providing tailored solutions to fleet owners, logistics providers, and independent operators. Because our operations are based in Rockdale, IL, the right candidate must live nearby to meet clients, collaborate with the team, and provide in-person support throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Prospect and develop new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts
- Provide consultative solutions for truck sales, financing, and after-sales support
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term business partnerships
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in trucking, heavy equipment, or related industries
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of semi-truck specs, financing, and leasing options
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Must be located near Rockdale, IL, with ability to meet clients and visit the office regularly
