We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team in a fully remote role. You will play a key role in supporting logistics operations, assisting drivers, and ensuring smooth processes, all within a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Tracking & Coordination

   • Track trip documents and ensure validity

   • Coordinate with internal teams

   • Maintain accurate records and update trucking management systems

2. Customer Support:

   • Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries and updates

   • Resolve issues and provide timely solutions

   • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Working Hours:

• Primarily 4 PM - 12 AM Central Time (US), Monday to Sunday

• 40 hours per week

• Must be flexible in shift changes
