We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Safety Orientation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting safety orientations for newly onboarded drivers and ensuring they are fully prepared, compliant, and confident before hitting the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding safety orientations for new drivers

• Educate drivers on company safety policies and expectations

• Provide training on ELD systems and proper usage

• Emphasize the importance of safe driving and FMCSA compliance

• Explain procedures in case of accidents or emergencies

• Instruct drivers on pre-trip and post-trip inspection requirements

• Prepare drivers for DOT inspections and ensure they understand regulations

• Answer driver questions and provide general guidance before dispatch

• Fluent English is a must

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of trucking safety regulations and compliance standards

• Familiarity with ELD systems

• Ability to clearly explain procedures and enforce company policies

• Experience in trucking, safety, or dispatch is preferred

• Starting pay: $1,200 (depending on experience, with potential for growth)

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
