💼 Lead our ELD team and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise ELD team and daily tasks

  • Train specialists and check work quality

  • Review driver logs, ensure HOS/ELD compliance

  • Handle escalations and tough calls

  • Work with dispatch on driver availability and trip planning

  • Hiring new employees

Requirements

  • 3+ years ELD experience

  • 1+ year team lead/management

  • Strong English (IELTS 7.0+)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Full-time, in-office

  • Flexibility to adjust working hours when operational needs arise

Preferred

  • 5+ years ELD / 2+ years management

  • Trip planning experience

  • AI tools knowledge

  • Risk management

  • Spanish is a plus
